(PBR PKKB3 ASSOCIATION.) Paris, February 11. The Chamber of Deputieß iB diBCUBBing the proposals for revising the electoral system. It is expected the Senate will reject the revision scheme. General Boulanger has put forward proposals including, amongst other things, the election of a President on the American system with a longer period of office.
