AMERICA AND CHINA.
Hong Kong, February 4. Li Hung Chang, Prinje Minister of China has announced that unless the United States alter the recent laws by which Chinese subjects are; excluded from the United States, China must be regarded as an unfriendly power. He states further that China was. tempted to retaliate on America, and was perfectly able to do so if she wished.
