Paris, February 2 Disunion is known to exist m the French Cabinet. It is rumored that M. de Freycinet, Minister of War, and M. Ferilloulat, Minister of Justice, have resigned. .
M. Floquet, the Premier, proposes to prohibit by elections during the present Parliament, and an impression is gaining ground that the general election will be delayed until October next.
