♦ . FATAL RIOTS. SUDDEN DEATH OF THE \ CROWN PRINCE, [Pan Pbess Association J Vikkna, January 30. The Hungarian Diet passed the second reading of the Army Bill by a large majority. Violent scenes took place during the debate, both iside and outside the Chamber Archduke Rudolph, Crown Prince of Austria, died suddenly of apoplexy. The sudden death of the Archduke Rudolph created a tremendous sensation throughout Austria. It appears that Prince Rudolph had arranged a shooting, party for. to-day, and not feeling well yesterday, retired to bed early. He was occupying a shooting lodge at Meyerlipg,.Baden. When the sporting guests assembled at the lodge this morning, the absence of Prince Rndolph caused his valet to enter ,his bedroom, when he found the Prince lying m bed quite dead, evidently having expired during the night from apoplexy.
