The "Contemporary Review exposes Prince Bismarck's effort! to ensure Count Heibert Bismarck's succession to the Chancellorship of the Empire. It also animadverts upon Count Herbert's brutal treatment of the Empress Victoria, and the Emperor William's gross insults to the Prince of Wales.
