IMPERIAL FEDERATION.
Mr Chamberlain, presiding at Lord WotadeVs meeting at Birmingham, said, with reference to Imperial Federation, that if it were understood, any insult or attack on one member would be resented by all, it would be a greater security for peace than could be guaranteed by all the army and-forts aow supporting the Empire.
