Goblet, Frencl Minister of Foreign Affairs, that Grea Britain has not taken any steps m th( direction of annexing Tubai Islands London,- January 25. The residents of the Island of Tubai have petitioned the British Government to annex the islands. No decision ha: yet been arrived at by the Governmeni m the matter.
