Melbourne, January 26. The Melbourne "Argus" this morning, m an article on New Zealand, congratulates the colony on the return of prosperity, and gives reasons for believing that greater progress will be manifested m the next few years. The article, m referring to the New Zealand Exhibition at Dunedin, urges Victoria to make the most effective representation. The special grain show at the Exhibition is a failure. The exhibits, which are few m number, have qq special excellence. A Company with a capital of ,£20,006 is being established for importing frozen fi.sh from New Zealand into Victoria,
