After a lengthy discussion on the position of Ministers proposed for exohange, it was agreed to deal with the case of the Bey Stmmonds alone m order that negotiations may be entered into with the South Australian Oonferenoe, with a view to substitute another name for his. The Bey Murray volunteered to exchange with South Australia if the consent of his friends be obtained, and tjlmo given him to communicate. The afoond draft of •tations was read and the discussion thereof postponed till Monday.
