Serious rioting is feared on Sunday m consequence of the election excitement. M. Ploquet, the French Premier, prophecies that Boulanger, as a candidate, will be defeated by eight thousand totes. Boulanger denies that he has any intention of proposing the recall of the Due d'Aumale.
