Floquet is making concessions to some ship owners with the object of securing their influence to obtain the vote ot those engaged m trade m faror of the Government candidate for the Seine election. General Boulanger proposes to re-admit Duke d'Aumale to citizenship. The excitement oter the election is increasing, ' Bnulanger's chance is slightly waning, Paris, January 24. Serious rioting is feared on Sunday m consequence of the election excitement. M. Ploquet, the French Premier, prophecies that Boulanger, as a candidate, will be defeated by eight thousand totes. Boulanger denies that he has any intention of proposing the recall of the Due d'Aumale.
