(PXB PEBSB ASSOCIATION.) • ' BTDNBY, January 18, A Proclamation dissolving Parliament will be gazetted on Monday. Writs will be issued on Wednesday, and made returnable m thirty-five days. Owing to a clause recently introduced m the Electoral Act 137 members will be elected to the new Parliament instead of the present number, 124. There are already a large number of candidates m the field.
