SVDMBT, January 17. Id the House of Assembly last night the amendment moved by Mr W. McMillan, member for Sydney, to the effect " that the House refuses supply unless good reasons are shown why a Ministry representing the minority should be allowed to hold office " was carried by 43 to 89.
