Pabis, January 15. With reference to the reported arrival at Suakim of two hundred Cossacks aboard an Austrian steamer, ostensibly bound for Obak, a French settlement on the northern coast of Tagura^ Bay, Gulf of Babelmandeb, instructions have been sent to the. Governor of Obak to resist the landing of any armed parties m that colony.
