At the annual meeting of the Dunedin Jookey Olub, the report stated tbat fears as to the shrinkage of revenue have not been realised to any extent.- There had been a substantial profit on eaoh of tbe sir meetings held. The Hou G. McLean, In a speech, hinted that other arrange" ments wonld have to be made ln connection with, the course whioh had been acquired nnder very different eir com atanoes. Other ojurses were available, bnt after tbe money spent on it It wonld be more desirable lf they oonld remain where they were. It bad been under consideration ihe getting up of a big meeting for November, fust at the opening of the Exhibition, with stakes rich enough to attraot people and entries from the whola oolony, and probably from Auitralia. All the officers were re-elected.
