[PER PRESB ASSOCIATION.] Brblin, January 9 The " National Zeitung " deprecates the Kir R. Morier incident being allowed to]] cause friction between England and Germany.. Diplomatic negotiations are still proceeding. '1 he Dowager Empress Augusta haH requested Prince Bismarck to give a denial to the statement that her Councillor, Brandis, revealed the contents of tho secret war despatches to Sir R Morier during the Franco-Prussian war. The official press insinuate that it is desirable the Empress Victoria should make a similar denial to that of the Dowager Empress Augusta regarding the Morier incident.
