THE "TIMES"-PARELLE COMMISSION.
The "Freeman's Journal" states the " Times '■ proprietors vainly offered Sheridan, who is alleged to have negotiated the supposed Kilrhainham Treaty between the Gladatonites and Parnell, by which the imprisoned Irish members obtained their liberty, the sum of £10,000 to give faithful testimony before the " Times "-Pffrnell Commission.
