Sydney, Dooorabor 28. The full Court refused to grant an application for a writ of error m (be Louisa Collins murder case, based on the allegation that an unopened telegram was handed to a juryman during the progress of the trial. Mrs Collins, who is under sentence of death for the murder of her husband, has written a letter to his Excellency the Governor impunging the accuracy of a portion of the evidence given at her trial.
