A STEAMER IN A CYCLONE.
Information has been received here that the British India Navigation Company's steamer Bundoora was caught m a terrible cyclone off Madras. She had 600 coolies on board and the suffering of these, who had to be battened down, was intense. Five were killed outright and fourteen fearfully injured. The vessel had a very j narrow escape from foundering.
