It is expected that Parliament will be prorogued on Monday. MR GLADSTONE. Me Gladstone has started for Naples, where he will spend the winter. TAXrNG IMPORTED GOODS. The Manchester Chamber of Commerce have had under consideration the question of taxing imported goods, and it was resolved that imported goods similar to those produced and sold m the United Kingdom ought to pay a proportion ol the local and Imperial taxation. .
