The defendant said she was willing to give him £80 back. The Ohtef Olerk (Mr Douglas) observed that In that case the money would remain m the oare of the police, and Mr Drlsooll, the complainant, oonld iake out a summons against the police to show the title to It. The defendant aaid she would be willing to give op the £100 to tho complainant.
