Bib,—With your permission I should like through the medium of the Press to draw the attention of the Public Library Com* mittee to the inconvenience and annoyaneo I to the visitors to the Publio Library caused by the late oleaning up of the Beading room m the morning. Not occasionally but every morning it ia very annoying for readers to be poked about all over the room; from one plaoe to another, just at the very moment when they are deeply interested m reading. It ia not very pleasant to have to tit m the dark for sometime! upwards of an hour waiting for someone coming to turn the g«q on. No one cornea, you get disgusted, you go away showering all the blessings unagmeable upon the town clerk and all his satellites.
