THE BREACH OF PRIVILEGE
The Committee appointed to enquire into the breach of privilege committed by the service of a summons upon Mr P. Sheeley, M.P., for Galway, South, within the precincts of Parliament, find that a technical breach of privilege did occur, but do not propose to proceed against the offending constable.
