Roberta Austen,; F.&.A., Chemist and Asoayer at the Royal Mint, vrho recently accompanied Sir F. Dillon Bell and Sir Saul Samuel to Freiburg, Saxony, for the purpose of inspecting the treatment of refractory . ores as ■:■■. practised at the smelting workings in y that city, has forwarded his report to the Agents-General.
