Powley was bafore Dr Giles, 8.M., on the recommendation of two Justices, with a view f o j his being . committed to the Industrial! School. The father of the boy Eaid ho worked long hours and h-id no con'rcl over his son. Dr Giles said he wondered that parents were not ashamed to come before the Court and admit that they could net control children not eleven yeara of age.
