No entry will be received unless all the above conditions are complied with, and on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be dcci ed by the Committee or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points to be final. The Committee reserve the right to hold over any stake until satisfied that the qualification of entry is correct and the onus of proof shall lie with the owner. Also to postpone the races if necessary through wet weather. 9. No second .prize will be given unless three or more horses compete. 10.
