The result would , probably ,' be civil war m Ireland itself.; Looking 9 at every consideration, Home Rule j .was; he' contended^ absolutely impos- • sible, hence it h^d been considered ad- ? visable to make the Crinaes Act perma--8 heat. If only Scotland were, against the Home Rule policy, it would collapse. He stated m conclusion next session would be occupied .chiefly with Scotch business. ..!
