(Per Pbers Association,) NilsoNj November 28. A young lady, named Loalea Emily Edward?, was drowned yesterdpy nftornoon m the river at Wairoa Gorge, whUe bathing with a companion, Hisa Beat. The fatter got out of her depth, acd called for assistance. Miss Ed<*arda attempt* d to rescue ber, and was drowned. Miaa Best got out of the hole and went for when help ar/ived. At tiib iiqa^ct today at Brlghtwater, a verdict of " Accidental defttb" *»" re*nrnef!.
