Lhe action of the police m serving Mr D. Sheehy with a summons under the Crimes Act within the precincts of the House of Commons led to a passionate debate m the Chamber. The Committee appointed to enquire into the matter will bring up their report on Thursday. A summons for a similar charge ..had been previously served on Mr J. Finucane, M.P. for Limerick South,' outside the House.
