The number of entries m eaoh ohss was the simo, and reaohed nearly a dozon. Pvrhapa such a test was hardly fair to tho jadgea, but certainly It showed tbe fallibility of their judgment. Evidently they had lost their power of discernment by too muoh taatlDg.
