FATAL RIOTS IN ALGIERS.
Algiers, November 26 A number of Italian workmen who have recently been discharged created a disturbance at Lochifra to-day. The riot became so serious that the French troops, who were called out, fired on the mob, killing four and wounding many. A large number of arrests have been made.
