O'Brien Tipperary North; and Dr Tanner, Cork, Mid , on. a charge of intimidating occupiers of farms from which the tenants had been evicted. A farmer at Kerry has been mnrdered. The police are inquiring into tue matter, but as yet no arrests have been made.
