London, November 21. The proceedings of the League m Kerry formed the subject ot evidence before "The Times"-Parnell Commission to-day. A son of Curtio, who was boycotted and eventually murdered, admitted he was a member of the League, but did not believe the League i had any connection with the murder of his father. Norah FitzMaurice whose father also fell a victim to agrarian outrage, was one of the witnesses examined. Mr Leonard, agent for Lord Kenmare, gave testimony as to punishment of tenants for paying rent and 11 land grabbing." These outrages began at Killarhey after speeches by ParBell and O'Donoghue. After violent speeches by O'Brien, Healey, and B. Harrington, the outrages increased m number a.od violence. Edward Harrington was fined for contempt of the " Times"-Parnell Commission m publishing an article m tbe "Kerry Sentinel/ 1 accusing the Commission of being biased. <
