PARNELL COMMISSION.

Lady Mountmorris was examined before the Parnell Commission to-day, -She fully described her husband's murdsr, and under the severe crossexamination of Sir Charles Russell fainted, her further examination being postponed. A sharp passage at arms took place today between Mr Harrington, Secretary of the League, and Sir Jas. Hannen, President of the Commission, m consequence of which, thq Court was" obliged to adjourn. {Keoelved November 19, 12.10 p.m.) London, Novnmbei 17. Tho " Times "-Parnoli Comuiiooion granted tho " Times " permission to tender as evidence tho roporta of journals other than the " Times." •It is asserted that Bir Chas. Russell will produce evidence tracing the alleged forged letters back to persons who received them from tho writer, and will show that these lotters were altered from tho original form by moans of formed sentences of a damning nature being inserted m the body of tho documonts on which tho " Times " based its ..charges. It is also stated that the writer of tho forged sentences will te produced, and that his ovidenco will indicato to 'whom tho letters' were sold and what price was received for thorn.
