VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE.
Sir F. D. Bell and Sir S. Samuel, who were to meet Sir C. Tupper to-day to discuss the question of the Pacific Mail Service from Vancouver to the colonies, have decided to wait the decision of their, repective Ministers on the whole question of the Pacific* mails before taking any steps m the matter.
