KILLED ON THE RAILWAY.
[per prsss association.] Napier, November 12 ! A man named McJury was killed this afternoon on the railway near Takapau. He was lying drunk or asleep on the railway when the usual goods train came along, and owing to the rapid oarves of the line at that spot ha oould not be seen m tlmo for the train tp be stopped, and bta body waa cat to pieces.
