Pmnce of Walks' Birthday. Note. — Friday, 9th November, will be observed as a holiday, and the Post Office will be closed. Mails usually despatched on that day will close at eight o'clock on the previous eveping, and on the same evening the office will be open between 7 and 8 o'clock for the delivery of correspondence only. The Telegraph Office will be open from 9 till 10 m the morning, and from 7 till 8 m the evening. _____________
