THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Washington, November 5. The Presidential campaign has concluded. Several processions attended by enormous crowds have taken place m New York. Both parties remain confident, and the Democratic party r.re laying odds of 4 to i on the return of their candidate. The writer of the letter which elicited Sackville West's reply, m which he favored President Cleveland's re election, is a Californian lawyer, who wrote under the cover that he was born m England, and formerly a resident of Canada.
