Dttnedin, November 6, At the Presbyterian Synod to-night, a protest was received protesting against the action of tho riynod m "regard to the "Roign of Graoo," oo the ground that bbo Synod should hare the oenaure of the Duipdla Presbytery for Irregular prooeolinga, and tha author should have been declared not a aoliiatar of the Ohuroh. The Synod determined net to answer the reasons m the protest. The evening was takea up with the Ohurch gnteadon report.
