Sycnev, November 5. Unfavorable reports of the crops continue from up-country districts. At Forbes, where the yield is expected to be small, flour is selling at (not at Sydney as mentioned m a previous telegram). At Canowendra, situated on the Belebua River, the harvest is a failure, but at Grafton both grass and water are m abundance. At Walgetta, m the county of Baradine, the rivers Wamoi and Barwon and a chain of water holes have ceased to run. At Gilgandra, m Ihe county of Gowan, the croo returns are eiven as nil.
