LoNroN, November 2. . Sir W. V. Harcourt has written to the London press denying the truth of Captain O'Shea's evidence before the Parnell Commission regarding parleying between the Gladstone Government and the Members imprisoned m Kilmainham Gaol, and he asserts that part of O'Shea's evidence is a pure fabrication.
