NIHILISM SUSPECTED.
(PER. PRESS ASSOCIATION.). (Reoelved Novembsr 2, 11 a.m.) St. Pexeksbueg.. November 1. Further particulars of the railway accident m Southern Russia show that that the train was travelling at express speed when the mishap occurred. The dinng saloon was wrecked and the sides crushed m but the roof of the car tilting beneath one of the sides shielded the occupants from injury. The Imperial Family was at breakfast at the time. Several of the suite were killed on other parts of the train. The castrophe is at present believed to be accidental, but there is a lurking suspicion that the Nihilists are at the bottom of it. [Received November 2, 12 30 p.m ] Following upon the derailing of the train conveying the Imperial family a number of arrests were made on suspicion of Nihilism. Among those apprehended were the special correspondents of the " London Times " and "Standard." These gentlemen were sent unier escort to Baku but succeeded m proving their identity and were subsequently released.
