Late European papers state that the Emperor Frederick's diary has been published m the "Nord Deutche Zeitnng." The extracts principally detailed conversations which took place at the meeting between Napoleon and Emperor William. In another part of the diary the Emperor Frederick says he empha tically protested against his mouth being closed by Prince Bismarck m respect to important State matters.
