Chrihtohuroh, O.tober 22 This morning a Maori named Hoani Mare (John Murray) on remand on a oharge of breaking Into the Mandevlllo Hotel, KaUpoi, esoaped fr< m Addington gaol. The warder gave the prisoner his breakfast et six, and as he thinks looked the door, and on visiting the oell at 6 45 he foond the door open and the man gone. By climbing a partition wall near the 00 I the prisoner oould gain tbe roof of the male division, acd get outside the gaol by taking a drop of j a dc zen foet.
