London, Ootober 17 , The Court of Appeal, by' a majority of 4 to i, has endorsed the judgment of Mr Justice North, upholding the action of the Directors of the Bank of Australasia m granting a pension of ;£iSoo a. year for five years to the family df Mr E. Parkes, Melbourne manager of the Bank, who .was killed m the Windsor Railway accident, Victoria.
