A most remarkable petition has just been presented to Parliament by the proprietors of '* Western Australian " ' nevrspaperagaiost Chief Justice Onslow. ; They allege that for the past five years they have been plundered, persecuted, insulted and assailed m the basest manner, both by the public speakers and other journals, and that they cannot obtain any redress owing to the animosity displayed towards them by the Chief Judge.
