(per press association) ~ Berlin, Ootober 15. Dr Bergmann has published a , reply to Sir Morell Mackenzie's book, m wbich he calls the latter a liar, and accuses him of being ignorant of pathology, which prevented a timely operation from being performed.
Berlin. October 16. Drs Gerbhart and Bergmann will sue Sir F. Morell Mackenzie for libel.
London, Ootober 15. Sir F. Morell Mackenzie's book has been confiscated m Germany.
