TO THE EDITOR. Sib, — I should like very muoh to oall your attention to the unfairness that exists m tbe law, regarding Working Men's Clubs and Hotels. I as an hotelkeeper havo to pay £45 per yeav for a license, ap allowed to sell only between certain hours*, must keep a large building m repair and have ample accommodation for travellers. What do we ffad with regard to the pluba. Their licenses cost them ±5 a year they aro allowed to sell at all hours Sundays included, and they keep no accommodation for travellers. Fair play Ib tonnle play, 1 trust this subj .ot will be taken np by some abler peu than mine, and that next session will see. a Bill introduced and passed through the House ab6lishing those olubs, or else putting them on the same level as hotels.
