CONGREGATIONAL COLLEGE.
Mblbournk, Ootober 11. At »he Congregational Union last evening, Mr Geo. Taylor, a resident of this city, offered to subscribe yearly for three years, to establish a Congregational College at Melbourne University provided a similar amount is subscribed by the public. He also promised to give .£20,000 on the same condition for the establishment of a school. Ten thousand pounds were subscribed m the room.
