THE COMMERCIAL BANK.
Adelaide, Ootober 9 The liquidators of the Commercial Bank will shortly commence legal proceedings against the Directors of the Bank for the recovery of monies lost through alleged culpable mismanagement on the part of the Directors. Nearly all the available legal talent has been secured by the Directors for the defence of the action.
