London, Ootober 6 The " Economist " considers the reckless management of the Bank of Now Zealand should be a warning to other financial institutions against advancing money recklessly on properties, the value of which has been unduly inflated.
The « Statist " thinks the right polioy has been -pursued, and one calculated to regain confidence.
